Registration for the Event is complimentary. Submitting the registration form expresses your interest in attending; it does not by itself guarantee entry, a seat, or a specific 1-on-1 session time slot. Private consultation sessions are limited and allocated at our discretion, typically on a first-come, first-served basis.

- We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel the Event, or to amend its programme and participating developers, at any time and without liability.
- We may refuse or revoke entry where reasonably necessary, including for security, capacity, or conduct reasons.
3. Property Information
All property details presented on this website and at the Event — including prices, payment plans, handover dates, renders, and community imagery — are indicative only, are subject to availability, and may change without notice. Illustrations and visualisations are for marketing purposes only and do not represent final delivered products.
Nothing on this website or at the Event constitutes an offer, a contract of sale, investment advice, or financial advice. The properties presented are projects of third-party developers; any purchase is subject to the relevant developer’s own terms, contracts, and approvals. You should undertake your own due diligence and seek independent legal and financial advice before making any investment decision.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, or contractual performance of any third-party developer or partner.

These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, this website, or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
